At Lifeline Training, I specialize in life-saving education through certified CPR, AED, and First Aid training Courses. Whether you're a healthcare professional, teacher, coach, workplace staff, or a concerned parent, my hands-on courses equip you with the skills and confidence to act quickly and effectively in emergencies.
It is my top priority to deliver engaging, up-to-date training that meets national safety standards, including American Heart Association (AHA). I offer flexible class formats — in-person, blended, and on-site group training — to meet your scheduling and learning needs.

All classes are also offered in a “blended learning” style meaning the student may choose to purchase the online course through AHA or another accredited source and meet with me for skills testing only. This option is great for those who do not have a very open schedule.

This course is an American Heart Association (AHA) blended learning program that combines online education with hands-on skills practice. It is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills. Participants complete an interactive online portion followed by an in-person skills session with an AHA instructor or using a voice-assisted manikin system.

After years in the field, I’ve seen firsthand how critical it is for everyday people to know how to respond in an emergency. That’s why I created this business — to make lifesaving training more accessible, practical, and engaging for everyone.
Whether you're a parent, teacher, coach, or part of a medical team, my goal is to give anyone the skills and confidence to act quickly and effectively when it matters most. All of my courses are hands-on, up-to-date, and built on both medical guidelines and real-world insight.
When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me at home baking sourdough, the park with my dog, or having dance parties with my husband and daughter!
